End of Year Estate Plan Special for Will-Based Plans

Did you make a New Year's resolution to take care of estate planning before the year is over?  Even if not, we all know that we have to have some emergency and end-of-life arrangements in place in order to not leave our family with a mess and uncertainty.

Before the end of 2023, you can have a completed, attorney-drafted basic estate plan in place - all done from the comfort of your home.  Initial meeting with the attorney takes place via Zoom (or another suitable platform).  The documents are then drafted and reviewed with you and the attorney on Zoom (or another suitable platform) by means of screen sharing.  Once you approve the final documents, they are printed and delivered to you.  A mobile notary is sent by us to your home or office to notarize your estate planning documents.  Signed documents are reviewed by the attorney for proper signing, scanned for electronic storage, put into a nice binder and sent to you so that you can have peace of mind.
